Gregory Frank is the founder of EverResi Media, the only dedicated media platform serving the SFR | BTR industry.

Gregory has spent his career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and influence — helping leaders, brands, and organizations navigate complex challenges and deliver at scale. Over 30+ years spanning real estate operations, multi-unit franchising, and politics, he's built teams, systems, and results across every level of the business. He's now applying that same builder's instinct to media, launching the platform and conversation the SFR | BTR industry has never had.

In August 2025, EverResi debuted the industry's first weekly digital media program, INSIDE SFR | BTR, with Gregory as co-host and managing editor — giving a sector that's never had a dedicated voice one of its own.

In May 2026, in direct response to the historic 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, Gregory created and narrated his first documentary, At The Table, acclaimed by the industry — giving policymakers their first opportunity to hear directly from residents of BTR communities.

He's a respected voice in the real estate and franchising community, known for his belief in people-first growth and hands-on operating discipline. Gregory keynotes alongside some of the industry's most respected corporate executives, and the real estate world regularly turns to him for insight on the issues shaping the single-family rental space.
