Jaime Arouh is the Managing Director of the Institutional Group at LendingOne, where he plays a pivotal role in scaling the company, leading institutional financing for SFR portfolios and BTR communities, and overseeing the sale of over $6 billion in whole loans.

He is a seasoned real estate and mortgage asset specialist with over two decades of expertise in capital markets, loan origination, credit analysis, valuation, and risk management. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, he has structured innovative financing solutions, managed multimillion-dollar loan portfolios, and developed proprietary lending programs tailored for institutional investors.

Prior to LendingOne, Jaime held key leadership roles at FirstKey Lending, Société Générale, and Lehman Brothers, where he was deeply involved in mortgage trading, securitization, and capital markets strategy. He has managed multi-billion-dollar mortgage portfolios, executed high-value loan sales and securitizations, and led teams through complex financial transactions. His ability to navigate dynamic market environments and develop strategic investment solutions has established him as a recognized leader in the real estate finance industry.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
