Jason Esposito is the Founder and CEO of Center Park Group, a Southeast-based general contracting platform specializing in ground-up Build-to-Rent communities.

He began his career in production homebuilding with MI Homes before spending nearly 18 years with Eastwood Homes, where he gained a deep understanding of scalable operations, disciplined construction processes, and what it takes to deliver quality housing at volume.

In 2017, Jason founded Center Park Homes in Charleston, South Carolina. As institutional capital accelerated into the emerging BTR sector, he recognized early that developers needed a more sophisticated production homebuilding partner capable of delivering production-level efficiency with long-term asset durability. That vision led to the evolution of Center Park Group.

Today, Center Park Group serves as a trusted third-party general contractor for many of the Southeast’s most active multifamily development groups, delivering scalable, high-quality rental communities across Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas.
