Since taking leadership of the BTR division in 2024, she has focused on driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and creating exceptional resident experiences while supporting the continued growth and performance of BH Management’s purpose-built BTR operating platform, designed specifically to meet the unique needs of BTR communities.
