For more than 20 years, I've helped property management companies, investors, and industry partners build stronger businesses, create better resident experiences, and drive meaningful growth.

My career began on the operational side of the industry, where I helped scale property management organizations, lead acquisitions, evaluate investment opportunities, and oversee portfolios ranging from local operations to large institutional assets. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for the challenges property managers face every day and the importance of building solutions that truly support them.

My work sits at the intersection of corporate development, strategic partnerships, industry leadership, and business growth. I focus on building trusted relationships with property management company owners, technology providers, investors, and industry organizations to identify opportunities that drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value across the rental housing industry.

Throughout my career, I've led acquisitions, helped scale high-growth organizations, developed strategic partnerships, launched new initiatives, and collaborated with some of the industry's most respected leaders. My experience spans single-family, multifamily, institutional investment, build-to-rent, operations, technology, and industry engagement, providing a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing rental housing today.

I am passionate about education, mentorship, and advancing the rental housing industry. I regularly speak at conferences and events across the country, serve in leadership and advisory roles with organizations including the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the National Rental Home Council, contribute to industry publications, serve on editorial advisory boards, and host conversations with leaders who are shaping the future of property management.

I believe our industry is strongest when we share ideas, challenge assumptions, and work together to elevate the experience for residents, property owners, and housing providers alike.
