Nobody knew, in real time, which parts of a building had been inspected, which had passed, which had failed, and what was holding up the next task.

The information existed. It was on paper, in a city portal, in a super's head, in three different spreadsheets. It just wasn't anywhere a project team could see it together. There was no process that was repeated from project to project to manage these things.

I started Provizual to fix that one thing.

We pull inspection data straight from AHJ portals, overlay it on the drawings, and layer in progress, QAQC, and Reports so you have the full picture of each area of the project.

Today we work with general contractors across the country running ground-up multifamily, Build to Rent, Hospitals, Schools, and Churches.
