John Harding is Senior Account Manager for CertainTeed's Offsite Solutions team and Chair of the NAHB Building Systems Councils. A U.S. Army veteran and PMP-certified business leader, John has spent more than 20 years helping drive innovation across the construction, manufacturing, and software industries.

He is focused on CertainTeed's One Precision Assemblies (OPA), an integrated panelized wall system designed to improve quality, speed, predictability, and performance in residential construction. Working closely with builders, developers, architects, and others, he helps organizations leverage industrialized construction methods to address labor challenges, increase production capacity, and deliver housing more efficiently.

Throughout his career, John has specialized in commercializing innovative products and system-based solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and business performance. His experience includes leadership roles with Autodesk, Saint-Gobain Research North America, and CertainTeed, where he has worked at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and construction to bring new solutions to market and drive industry transformation.
