Joshita Varshney is a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations & Strategy team, responsible for the company’s fundraising efforts in North America, fostering investor relationships, and supporting broader strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Lafayette, Joshita worked as an Investment Associate at Blackstone on the Real Estate Debt Strategies Originations team, where she deployed over $2.4 billion of capital across a variety of real estate asset classes.

Joshita holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in Finance and Mandarin Chinese.
