Michael Hawes is Vice President of BTR Construction Lending at Invitation Homes, where he leads the company's build-to-rent construction lending efforts. Before joining Invitation Homes, he spent time at Arbor Realty Trust originating multifamily and BTR loans across a range of debt products, and earlier gained his underwriting experience at Walker & Dunlop and CF Real Estate Services working on multifamily and student housing deals. He's a graduate of The University of Alabama.
