With a background in landscape architecture and more than two decades shaping how communities take root, Paige Shipp brings a rare dual lens to real estate: the strategist's eye for land acquisition and market data, paired with the designer's instinct for place. She currently serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition at ONM Living, the build-to-rent sister company of HistoryMaker Homes – Texas's oldest home builder – where she leads land strategy for the fast-growing BTR sector. Her career also includes leadership roles at John Burns Research & Consulting, Zonda, Hines, and Hunt Companies. Over 25 years, Paige has advised some of the industry's biggest players and helped drive strategy and growth across the Texas market and beyond.
