Sean is a principal and co-founder of Kinward Living, a Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform with more than 2,000 units under development throughout the SE United States. Sean is also the founder, and broker of record, for REALM Capital Advisors (RCA) leading brokerage services for Eisenhower Property Group.

Sean has transacted 10,000+ institutionally aggregated residential units in Florida since 2010. He was previously the Florida Acquisition Partner for a private SFR REIT backed by Nuveen (subsequently acquired by INVH), he was previously the Florida Operating Partner of a private SFR REIT backed by KKR (acquired by AMH in 2014 for $263 million) and exclusively handled acquisitions for a variety of institutional equity firms across multiple asset classes.

Additionally, Sean has over $2 billion in investment transaction volume with land sales on projects valued over $7 billion throughout the SE United States. Sean was previously a partner, and held executive level positions, in global real estate service companies. Sean's transaction history includes projects with top developers and investors including Angelo Gordon, Strategic Property Partners, Cascade Investment LLC, AIG, Prudential Financial and Principal Real Estate Advisors among many others, in addition to joint ventures on upwards of $500 million in mixed-use and residential development projects.

In 2009, Sean was named Florida’s top 40 under 40 Rising Commercial Real Estate Stars by “Real Estate Florida” magazine and in 2010 recognized as “Real Estate Forum’s” 40 under 40. In addition to multiple Co-Star Power Broker awards, Sean is currently a 'Certified Commercial Investment Member' (CCIM), Realtor’s Land Institute 'Accredited Land Consultant' (ALC) with numerous APEX Top National Producing Land Broker awards.
