Thibault Adrien is the Founder and CEO of Lafayette Real Estate Management, the general partner and investment manager of the Lafayette funds and joint ventures, as well as the founder of Brandywine Homes USA, a national property management company, and Marquis Homes, a regional homebuilder. With approximately $1.5 billion of gross assets under management, Lafayette is one of the leading vertically integrated single-family rental investment platforms in the United States.

Prior to founding Lafayette, Mr. Adrien was a Senior Analyst at Sureview Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he focused on the U.S. real estate and homebuilding sectors.

Previously, Mr. Adrien was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group in its Private Equity group. Earlier in his career, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers in London and practiced law at Ashurst in Paris.

Mr. Adrien holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business and Tax Law from Paris II University and an MSc in Finance from emlyon business school.
