Todd Wood is CEO and founder of Christopher Todd Communities, one of the most recognized names in the Build-To-Rent industry. Christopher Todd Communities has a national footprint in developing and purchasing Class A luxury Build-to-Rent communities with single-story smart homes featuring private, pet-friendly backyards and resort-style amenities, and has been recognized with numerous national community and home design awards, making it a pioneer and innovator in the segment.

Mr. Wood is a member of several national real estate councils and advisory committees supporting build-to-rent initiatives and policy. Prior to Christopher Todd, Mr. Wood owned and operated an international organic bakery, Alpine Valley Bread, which was sold in 2015. Mr. Wood also spent 10 years in executive sales with Xerox Engineering Systems.

Mr. Wood holds an Executive MBA from Arizona State University and a degree from the University of Utah. He is active in local non-profit and community organizations, serves in his church, and is most proud of the time he spends with his wife, family, and grandchildren.
