Austin Lamb has been the Controller and EVP of Finance since 2024. During his time with the company, he has continued to climb the professional ladder with adeptness, loyalty, and dedication. In this role, his responsibilities will include overseeing the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Material Acquisition departments. Austin will also work with executives on financial review and forecasting as well as building relationships with financial institutions. Austin currently oversees all day-to-day operations of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Material Acquisition for Tricor’s Renovation and Build to Rent divisions. In addition, he reviews and prepares the company financials, and advises executives on financial strategy, planning, and projections. Austin joined Tricor a few months after its inception and has been instrumental in the continued development of the company’s Accounting, Material Acquisition, and Reporting procedures.
