Mr. Kraut is a Senior Vice President responsible for the global debt capital markets and real estate valuation activities at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, an institutional real estate investment management firm based in New York City. Prior to Sentinel, Mr. Kraut was responsible for the underwriting, structuring and placement of commercial real estate debt and equity at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group. He previously held roles in accounting, finance, and corporate strategy in the Travel Distribution Services division of Cendant Corporation and as Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Kraut holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University with a concentration in Finance and Strategic Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York and New Jersey.
