Jessica Garber is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office with 15 years of experience providing assurance and attestation, business consulting and accounting advisory services to clients. Jessica works with clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the real estate industry. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, Jessica spends most her time working with private equity real estate firms, family offices, owners, operators, and developers. In addition to compliance work, she has experience providing outsourced accounting functions to clients and advising clients on real estate investment trust (“REIT”) compliance, tax planning, and waterfall projections. Jessica also spends time servicing clients in the hospitality and technology industries. Jessica has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. She is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
