Joshua Israel is Chief Financial Officer for Davis, a Boston-based real estate fund manager with approximately $4.6B of asset under management. Josh is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, finance and risk management functions.

Josh brings 22 years of experience in real estate finance to Davis, having previously served as Director of Portfolio and Asset Management at Realty Financial Partners, a Boston-based manager of real estate opportunity funds, where he was responsible for finance, accounting and investor relations for the firm’s closed-end funds and separate accounts. Additionally, Josh worked in real estate banking at Admirals Bank and Northeast Bank as a Senior Vice President. In these roles, he was involved in sourcing and underwriting more than $1B of commercial real estate loans throughout the U.S.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School at New York University.
