Shaw partners with leading CRE owner-operators and lenders to maximize the value of CompStak’s granular lease and sale comps, designing and implementing modern, AI-driven data strategies. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, product development, and CRE capital markets, he has held operating roles at BXP and CoStar, and served as an associate partner at McKinsey. Shaw earned a BA, MA, and MBA from Brandeis University, where he is an adjunct professor in the School of Business & Economics.
