ick Bryer is a Managing Director at Tidewater, where he leads the firm’s acquisitions vertical. Mr. Bryer manages the day-to-day acquisitions efforts across Tidewater’s investments team and plays a central role in sourcing and executing acquisitions for the firm. He also serves an oversight role for several of its operating and development assets.

Before joining Tidewater, Mr. Bryer was responsible for sourcing and managing investment opportunities at The Roxborough Group, a San Francisco-based private equity fund. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the investments team at CIM Group in Los Angeles and began his career in the acquisitions group at Beacon Capital Partners in Boston.

Mr. Bryer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
