Saad Khan is a California Broker and active investor with more than 17 years in the distressed residential market. Since 2008, he has closed over 1,000 transactions and moved thousands of investment properties across California and Texas, helping investors, sellers, and agents build long-term equity and wealth.

Originally from Pakistan, Saad immigrated to the U.S. with his family in 1998. He studied accounting at the University of North Texas before leaving school at 19 to pursue real estate full time, a decision that launched a career defined by hands-on experience in some of the industry’s most demanding markets. He went on to hold leadership roles at several of the industry’s most prominent investment firms, serving as General Manager at New Western and as a founding member of Fair Trade Real Estate. In 2024, he channeled that experience into launching Story Homes.

For Saad, real estate has always been about more than the transaction. He built Story Homes around five core values: Self-improvement, Teamwork, Opportunity, Resilience, and Your Story. Based in Southern California since 2013, he remains an active principal in the market, known for a relationship-driven approach grounded in integrity, hard work, and loyalty.

Outside of work, Saad enjoys time with his wife and family, biking, reading, and traveling
