Brit is a Partner at Hunton, Andrews Kurth LLP, and she assists clients in navigating a variety of asset securitization and other structured finance transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of servicers, investment banks, funds and other lenders in connection with securitizations and other financings of residential and commercial mortgage servicing rights (including the related servicing income and advance receivables) as well as purchases and financings of excess servicing spread.

She also counsels sponsors, underwriters and other market participants in connection with residential mortgage and other asset-backed securitizations.

Brit has been recognized by both Chambers USA and Chambers Global in connection with MSR Securitizations, she is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 United States and she was named by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Woman in Law.
