Colin Luba is the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Finance Lending for Cenlar. He joined Cenlar in June 2025 to lead the firm’s expansion into commercial lending, with a focus on Warehouse, MSR, Servicing Advance and Early Buyout financing solutions to be offered through its broader banking and capital markets initiatives. He brings extensive experience in sales, credit, capital markets and structured finance. Mr. Luba previously served as the Executive Director of Credit for Texas Capital Bank’s Mortgage Finance and Structured Products programs, and in leadership roles within the National Warehouse Lending division at PlainsCapital Bank.

He has served on the board of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association since 2020 and holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University and a diploma from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Luba also holds an Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
