He is responsible for developing, and maintaining the suite of Core Residential Models integrated within the firm’s proprietary software platforms. Ian has 8 years of experience at MIAC, where he leads credit and prepayment model development, MIAC’s data products like the SPA™ platform, and the market research for the firm.
