Nikhaar (Nik) Shah is a businessman, investor, and entrepreneur known for building, scaling, and automating companies across industries.

He also runs his family office, where he applies deep macroeconomic and portfolio insights to business and investment decisions. Recognized as “the most accurate housing market forecaster in America,” he has been featured in more than 50 publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and Axios.

Outside work, Nik spends weekends golfing around the Bay Area and hosting his podcast, Masters of Real Estate.
