Walt Mullen EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, a member of the Onity Executive Leadership Team As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer with Onity, Walt is responsible for the development of corporate and channel-specific strategies and business objectives as well as including market, customer, and competitor analytics to identify needs, opportunities, and segmentation to support Onity’s the organization’s growth goals. Walt is also a member of Onity’s Executive Leadership Team, working closely with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach from strategy through execution. Walt works to identify strategies and programs to support client and customer loyalty and retention, or customers for life, which is foundational to organic growth. Walt is also responsible for and providing strategic marketing and sales support for our Onity’s marketing and sales efforts, and serves as an executive leader for PHH Subservicing Sales and Account Management. Walt is the executive responsible for PHH Subservicing Sales and Account Management.
Walt’s experience spans more than 25 years in the mortgage and real estate industries. Prior to joining Onity, Walt spent three years at Cenlar FSB, serving as Corporate Development Officer and Executive Committee member. Previously, he spent 16 years at Anywhere Integrated Services (formerly Title Resource Group) in several executive-level roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, EVP of Business Development and Client Relations, and SVP of Strategic Development and Operations. Earlier, Walt served as VP, Business Development and Integration for PHH Mortgage and was a member of the Board of PHH Home Loans. He began his career at GE Capital across several divisions including the mortgage services division.
