With over ten (10) years of experience in the investment and finance sector, Mr. Jubran is a senior director at Nuveen Green Capital, the leading provider of sustainable and green financing solutions for commercial real estate projects. Mr. Jubran is passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through innovative and responsible lending practices, and brings a diverse and global perspective to the team, having lived and worked in different countries and cultures. Mr. Jubran's core competencies include investments, lending, structured finance, and real estate, and has a bachelor's degree in International Studies-Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

As a senior director at Nuveen Green Capital, Mr. Jubran leads the C-Pace originations efforts covering various asset types, such as multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality, across the West Coast region. Mr. Jubran is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and monitoring deals, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. He leverages his skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, due diligence, and negotiation to deliver optimal results for the company and the borrowers. Mr. Jubran also contributes to the company's strategy, vision, and culture, and mentors and coaches junior staff members. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Mr. Jubran was a Senior Vice President at Bank OZK, where he led a team of four in originating, underwriting, and managing senior secured construction facilities, bridge loans, and note financing for commercial real estate assets. Mr. Jubran has direct transaction experience of approximately $7 billion, including some of the largest and most complex deals in the US real estate market.
