Corey Siegel is President and CEO of S&L Capital Group. Founded in 2017, S&L Capital Group is a California-based direct private lender specializing in bridge financing for multifamily, industrial, office, and residential investment properties. Since co-founding the company, Corey has helped borrowers navigate complex financing needs by providing flexible, asset-based capital solutions.

With a background in commercial real estate finance and private lending, Corey works closely with investors, mortgage brokers, and property owners throughout California on acquisitions, cash-out refinances, value-add projects, lease-up strategies, and other time-sensitive transactions. His experience across a broad range of bridge lending scenarios provides firsthand insight into how capital markets, underwriting standards, and borrower strategies evolve throughout changing market cycles.

Beyond lending, Corey is actively involved in the Southern California business community. He currently serves as President of the Brea Rotary Club, where he is committed to community service and local leadership. Corey believes successful lending is built on relationships, transparency, responsiveness, and a practical understanding of each borrower's objectives.
