Daniel Rickert is the Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street in Colorado and Utah. Based in Denver, Daniel is responsible for implementing 29th Street's strategic investment vision in these regions.

Prior to joining 29th Street, Daniel worked as the founder and Principal of Notch Mountain Properties, where he acquired 10 properties totaling $156.5MM in purchase price over a five-year period. His acquisitions include approximately $85MM in multifamily assets across Colorado's Front Range and $71.5MM in commercial assets in Ohio and Illinois. Before Notch Mountain, Daniel worked at Northmarq Capital in Dallas, TX where he originated over $500,000,000 in senior debt, JV and preferred equity, and mezzanine debt for acquisitions, refinances, and construction projects. He advised clients on capitalization structures across the multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Daniel graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
