He is the Founding Partner of NextRivet, a proptech consultancy that helps commercial real estate owners and operators put AI and digital technology to work, owning delivery end-to-end from strategy through rollout. Before NextRivet, David led business development at Westfield Labs, the shopping center industry's first global proptech division, where he brought new technology into Westfield's malls and airports across the US, UK, and Australia. He also ran Labs' strategic partnerships and investments with startups and Fortune 500 companies.
