Davana graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015, with a B.A. in Screen Arts and Cultures. She recently received her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA with an emphasis on Real Estate. She started in commercial real estate at Dynamic Development as an Acquisitions Assistant. For the past 5 years, she has been working at PCS Holdings, now known as Seaview Capital and is currently a Principal. At Seaview Capital, Davana has led the acquisition of over $100M of multifamily real estate in Los Angeles and Phoenix and the re-development of a handful of single family home projects in Los Angeles. Davana currently Resides in Los Angeles and is an active member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
