As the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel of Golden West Properties, I leverage my expertise in transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters to oversee the full life-cycle of each project, from sourcing to financing to disposition. I also manage relationships with key partners, lenders, investors, and vendors, and present strategic recommendations to the company.

In addition to my role at Golden West Properties, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights with the next generation of real estate professionals and lawyers. I serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management, where I teach courses on real estate law and international real estate development.

I also participate as a guest lecturer and panelist at various institutions and industry conferences, where I discuss the latest trends and challenges in the real estate market. I enjoy mentoring and coaching students and aspiring leaders who seek to make a positive impact in the real estate sector and the society at large.
