As CEO of Mosser Capital, Jim Farris leads all facets of the investment management platform, including; strategic vision, capital partner relationships, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and property operations, Jim has executed and managed over $1.5 billion of structured investments. He is an IREI Springboard Leader Alumni and is a member of the iREOC Board of Governors and the UC Berkeley Fisher Center For Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board.

Jim is a member of the Advisory Board for SEO Scholars San Francisco and is affiliated with the UC Berkeley Housing Lab focusing on technology innovations in affordable housing within the Terner Center for Housing.

Jim holds a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and UC Berkeley.
