Founder and Principal of Spear PartnersPrior to founding Spear Partners, Jon worked as Vice President at Sares Regis Group of Northern California where he led the acquisition, entitlement, development and construction of over $730 million in office and mixed-use projects for major Silicon Valley technology firms, family offices and institutional owners. Jon is a proud Sares Regis alum and is still collaborating on some shared projects.

From 2013 to 2016, Jon worked for a real estate private equity fund, Sullivan Management, where he acquired and stabilized a 330-home single-family rental portfolio in Metro Detroit.

Earlier in his career, Jon served as a U.S. Presidential appointee as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the White House Business Council.

Jon earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Murray State University.
