Kitty Wallace is Vice Chair at Colliers and a leading multifamily investment sales professional with nearly 30 years of experience across California and the Western United States. She has completed more than $4 billion in multifamily transactions across 600+ properties, representing institutional, private equity, family office and private capital owners and investors.

Wallace leads one of the region’s most active multifamily investment sales practices, advising clients across market-rate and affordable housing, development opportunities, and other specialized multifamily investments. She has been consistently recognized among the leading multifamily professionals in the country, including as a CoStar Power Broker and GlobeSt Influencer and Most Powerful Women in Real Estate honoree.

Wallace serves on the Board of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the National Multifamily Housing Council. She is a frequent speaker and moderator at leading multifamily and real estate conferences and is regularly quoted in leading real estate and business publications on multifamily investment trends and market conditions.
