Kyle Spence is Vice President of Acquisitions at Dunleer, a Beverly Hills-based real estate investment and redevelopment firm focused on multifamily and industrial properties. He leads the firm's acquisition pipeline and due diligence and has underwritten more than $5 billion in multifamily investments across the U.S.

Previously, Mr. Spence held an acquisition role at TruAmerica Multifamily, where he worked on more than $4 billion in acquisitions, and leadership roles at Westcorp Inc. Outside of work, Kyle is an avid golfer, skier, and tennis player.
