Michael Pop is a managing director at Lument based in the firm’s Irvine, California office. He is focused on originations, sourcing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, and bridge opportunities for multifamily assets.

Michael joins Lument with over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, including serving as a managing director at Basis Investment Group. Previously, he originated over $600 million in loans with a primary focus on small balance agency loan transactions. He holds a BBA and MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
