Ravi Kathuria is the Founder and Managing Partner of First Empire, a multifamily real estate investment firm established in 2005.

He has led the acquisition and disposition of more than 1,000 multifamily units, both independently and alongside investment partners. He is actively pursuing new acquisitions and focuses on due diligence, capital formation, investor relations, and asset management oversight.

Prior to starting First Empire, Ravi held roles as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst with traditional investment management firms and as a Hedge Fund Analyst with a New York City investment firm managing more than $100 million. His experience includes investment analysis, financial modeling, portfolio construction, investment research, and risk management.

Ravi holds an MBA in Finance with a specialization in Investment Management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he graduated magna cum laude.

He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children
