Sarah Malone, Senior Vice President, brings almost 20 years of property management experience to the Bozzuto team. As a tenured industry professional with previous experience helping property management companies strategically enter new markets, Sarah was selected to spearhead Bozzuto’s westward expansion in 2021 opening the Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle markets.

Sarah’s management expertise includes urban and suburban Class A lease up and stabilization of multiple asset types including small luxury, boutique properties as well as large mixed-use projects. She also has extensive experience in the repositioning of assets and capital projects, resulting in value optimization. Sarah advises clients on pre-development planning including design and throughout the construction period. Prior to opening Bozzuto’s west coast markets, Sarah’s previous experience includes the New Jersey, Boston and Washington, DC metro markets.
