Derek Jarr has been a full time investor in real estate since 2002 completing 1000+ transactions worth more than $400 million.   Focused on the single-family asset class, Derek has played the role of a Developer, Landlord, Lender, GP & LP.  His newest enterprise, StayFrank. is a residential Sale Leaseback and Home Equity Sharing company.  StayFrank connections homeowners access the equity they need and can’t through traditional options with capital that is flexible and opportunistic.

Derek was born in Wisconsin and grew up in North Carolina. He and his wife, Lisa and their 13-year-old twin boys reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
