Heather Williams, A multifamily executive with over 20 years of experience (18 years with Willow Bridge) leading large-scale portfolios across the East Coast, spanning more than 120,000 units. She specializes in pre-development strategy, marketing innovation, and resident experience, with a proven track record of aligning design, technology, and operations to drive asset performance.

Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Willow Bridge Property Company, Heather leads the Pre-development Team and has built and led high-performing marketing and digital strategy teams, launched platforms that increased lead conversions portfolio-wide while also playing a key role in securing new business through strategic positioning and creative development.

Known for bridging the gap between construction and operations, she partners closely with developers, designers, and investors to shape innovative communities—from smart-home integrations to sustainable, wellness-focused environments, including the Southeast’s first Net Zero multifamily project in 2025.

Heather is also an active industry leader, serving on the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Board of Directors, Chair of the 2025 & 2026 Trade Show Committee, Past Chair of Maintenance Muscle 2025, AAA Golf Committee, AAA Education & Leadership Development, Georgia Legislative Committee, Lyceum Graduate, and is deeply committed to philanthropic initiatives supporting veterans and first responders through the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
