A South West Florida native, Mike Lyons has been immersed in the Southwest Florida community from the very beginning. After graduating high school, he spent two years living in Mexico, where he became fluent in Spanish—an asset that continues to benefit his clients today.

Mike began his real estate career in 2002, shortly after earning his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and obtaining his real estate license. He quickly found a niche in wholesaling investment properties and, by 2006, recognized the shifting real estate landscape. Seizing the opportunity, Mike expanded into property management, focusing on the growing need for dependable representation among absentee property owners throughout Lee County.

His expertise in investment real estate deepened during a successful seven-year tenure with a Fort Myers brokerage, where he grew a property management portfolio from 100 to over 500 properties by 2016. That same year, he launched Lyons Real Estate Inc., founded on the principles of hands-on service, transparent communication, and maximizing clients' return on investment. Currently his company handles over 900 properties.

Mike is known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach to business—delivering results without hidden fees or gimmicks. In addition to property management, he brings extensive knowledge in residential and investment sales. As a rental property owner himself, Mike understands firsthand the priorities and concerns of real estate investors.

He currently serves as the Director of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association, an organization he has been actively involved with since 2005. Through his leadership and networking with builders, developers, realtors, and investors, he has cultivated long-lasting, profitable partnerships that continue to drive the success of his firm.
