Rob Fuller formed ROI Property Group, LLC in 2015 and has served as ChiefExecutive Officer since then. Since 2009, Mr. Fuller has been buying distressedhousing in the U.S., which was either held in our portfolio or sold toinstitutional funds. His strategic approach included analysis, technology,acquisitions, and field operations. In 2016, he changed focus from buyingdistressed housing for rent to acquiring land for development and future rentalcommunities. With the acquisition of several large land parcels intended formaster-planned communities, Mr. Fuller has led the firm to acquire 3500+acres of land which will be developed into 15,000 lots across California,Colorado, Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. Following his vision, the company willbuild a rental portfolio of over 10,000 rental homes within the next decade withan estimated total value of over $4 Billion at maturity. Mr. Fuller’s expertiseextends to real estate finance, deal structuring, due diligence, raising equity,and financial management. Concurrently, Mr. Fuller is the CEO, co-founder,majority shareholder, and member of the Board of Directors of Housefolios,Inc. a real estate technology company (www.housefolios.com) which he helpedcreate in 2017. Housefolios provides a breadth of resources for single familyreal estate investors including analysis, acquisitions, lending, renovation, fieldoperations, property management, portfolio management, and disposition.Rob Fuller grew up the son of an Air Force Colonel. After graduating Magnacum Laude with a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, he spent 7years in Sales and Management for the Pharmaceutical and Medical DeviceIndustries, while simultaneously building his personal real estate portfolio
