Andrea Pompili

Mr. Pompili is a member of the private equity team, where he focuses on secondary investments.

Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Pompili spent six years at HarbourVest Partners in London, where he originated and executed both general partner led and limited partner led secondary transactions. Before that, Mr. Pompili was part of the secondary investment team at Neuberger Berman Alternatives in New York. Earlier in his career, he was a Professional Football Player in Italy.

Mr. Pompili holds a degree from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in New York and has earned both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
