Angelia is the Head of the Global Strategic Partnerships (GSP) team under the Strategic Clients Group within UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM). Her responsibilities include running relationship management, strategic firm to firm business planning and global coordination with third party partners. The Global Strategic Partnerships team serves as the critical link between over 1,000 asset managers on the UBS platform and our internal partners. Collaborating closely with our Investment Bank and Asset Management business divisions, as well as GWM coverage colleagues globally, the GFS team strives to enhance cross-regional partnership and leverage strong relationships with partner firms to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Angelia, who has over 25 years of capital markets experience, joined UBS in 2017 to rebuild the public finance business as head underwriter where she established the business strategy and led new issue execution across the public finance space. Under her leadership, UBS participated in over 1,500 deals totaling over $450bn in par value. Prior to this, Angelia was with JP Morgan for over 19 years where she acted as senior underwriter on the municipal underwriting team, and prior to that, oversaw debt distribution for taxable structured products in JP Morgan's Global Structured Syndicate group.

Angelia resides in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband and two children. She earned her B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and her MBA from Columbia University. Angelia served as a Board Member on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, the self-regulatory body for the $3 trillion municipal market, for five years; she was elected Vice Chair of the Board in her final year. She holds the Series 7, 10, 24, 52, 53, 63, 66, and 79 licenses from FINRA.
