Ania is a Director in EY’s Wealth & Asset Management technology consulting practice, with experience in implementing enterprise solutions, such as SimCorp Dimension and Blackrock Aladdin, in the wealth management, asset management, and insurance industries.

Through her career in technology consulting, she has transformed front and middle office processes, including portfolio management, front office risk, compliance, and performance. Ania has developed and established risk frameworks and implemented risk monitoring frameworks, equity attribution and risk systems for global Asset Managers. She has successfully helped Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Asset Services to achieve change through the application of transformative technology.

Ania is FRM qualified and holds a mathematics degree from Bristol University.
