Moen joined Storebrand Asset Management in 2015 and has held the position as Head of Investment Operations and Technology since 2020. Moen manages the teams responsible for Storebrand’s daily market operations and middle office analytics, as well as being responsible for the technology and IT platforms.

The combination of finance and IT has always been of great interest for Moen, who is passionate about transforming and evolving the industry towards a digital future.

Moen has held various management roles within operations and IT, and with more than 16 years of experience he has gained deep knowledge of technology and operations in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Storebrand Asset Management, Moen worked in Operations at Norges Bank Investment Management in Oslo, and at MSCI in London where he built financial risk management solutions.

He holds an MBA in information systems from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the Norwegian School of Information Technology.
