Batya Nadler is a Partner at Norm Law in the Private Funds practice group. Batya specializes in private equity and investment funds. Prior to joining Norm Law, she served as Counsel at Torys LLP in New York. She advises both fund sponsors and major institutional investors across a wide spectrum of private equity, venture capital and hedge fund matters, including fund formation and complex investment strategies. Batya's clients include leading global pension plans and asset managers.
