Bettina Ducat joined LOIM in March 2024 as Co-Head of LOIM and Limited Partner to co-lead Lombard Odier's asset management division, based in Geneva.

Prior to joining Lombard Odier, Bettina was CEO of La Financière de l'Echiquier (LFDE) and Deputy CEO in charge of Asset Management of the Primonial Group, where she successfully developed and diversified the overall business, while implementing innovative financial solutions and sustainability-focused strategies. Within this role, she also managed the buyout of LFDE to la Banque Postale. Prior to this, Bettina worked for AXA Investment Managers for 14 years, where she Global Head of Distribution and a member of the Management board.

Bettina holds an MBA from EM Lyon and a visiting degree from the University of St Gallen.
