Head of Third Party Traditional Single Solution Investments at Citi Wealth

Brian is Head of Traditional Investments and leads the investment due diligence team responsible for designing the platform of eligible traditional products for Citi Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers and Investment Consultants.

Prior to joining Citi, Brian was a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Solutions for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He was responsible for evaluating and enhancing the suite of Advisory portfolio solutions, focusing on growth and innovation in the delivery of Morgan Stanley’s best thinking to the field and in implementing premium advice. He partnered with internal research and external asset managers in delivering portfolios that support Morgan Stanley Wealth advisors and their client’s needs.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Brian was Head of Third Party Investments at Merrill Lynch. In that role, he was responsible for the development and management of investment solutions available on Merrill Lynch’s advisory platform. In addition to managing the SMA businesses, he owned the relationship with Traditional Asset and Alternative due diligence teams as well as Portfolio Construction teams. He has been in the industry for over 25 years with various positions in banking and wealth management. Brian holds a BS in Finance from Ithaca College.
