Caroline joined M&G plc as Chief Executive Officer of M&G Wealth in September 2023 and is a member of M&G's Group Executive Committee. Caroline leads the group’s multi-channel Wealth business which encompasses Financial Advice, Adviser Services including the M&G Wealth Platform, and Investment Solutions. It currently has c£87bn AUMA.

With over 25 years experience in retail financial services, Caroline has a track record of transforming and growing Wealth Management businesses with a strong, customer-centric focus. Prior to joining M&G, Caroline held a number of senior positions including Group CEO of listed wealth manager Brooks Macdonald Group plc, Head of UK Premier & Wealth at HSBC and gained extensive consulting experience across wealth, asset management and insurance in her eight years with McKinsey. Caroline began her career as a Private Client Investment Manager with Newton Investment Management.
